Everything included in a RoofingWebStudio website
Every feature of a RoofingWebStudio website for roofing companies, and which of the three plans carries it.
Every feature, drawn as its own sheet

Pages that open instantly
Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed on every page we ship.
Why speed is drawn in first
A roofing site earns most of its traffic from a storm alert or a same-day search, and both are read on a phone in bad light with a weak signal. Every page is custom coded, ships almost no JavaScript, and is served from a global edge network, so it opens before the visitor decides to call a competitor instead. We do not bolt speed on after launch. It is the first line drawn on the plan.
What 90+ PageSpeed actually protects
A slow page is not just a worse experience, it is a ranking signal search engines read directly. Every page we build and host carries a guaranteed 90+ Google PageSpeed score on mobile and desktop. If a page we control falls under that, we fix it at no charge, which is written into the terms rather than left as marketing language.
Tier availability
Instant quote request tool
A short form that asks only what a roofer needs to size the job, and drops straight into your CRM.
What the tool actually asks
The quote request tool asks for roof type, approximate square footage or number of stories, the work needed (repair, full replacement, inspection or storm claim), and the best way to reach the homeowner. That is enough for a crew lead to size and prioritize the lead without a phone call, and short enough that a visitor finishes it standing on a ladder.
Where the answers go
Every submission routes directly into your CRM, whichever one you use, by API, Zapier or Make, so a lead never sits in an inbox nobody checks after five. We configure the connection during onboarding and test it with a real submission before your site goes live, not after.
Tier availability
One page per roofing service
Re-roofing, repair, inspection, storm restoration and metal roofing each get a dedicated page.
Why a service needs its own page
A single "services" page with a paragraph per line item ranks for nothing, because a search engine has no single page to match against "roof replacement cost" or "commercial TPO roofing". Each service you offer gets a full page: what the work involves, how it is priced in general terms, what a homeowner should expect, and a route to the quote tool. A site that sells five services this way outranks one that lists fifty on a single page.
How the pages stay accurate
Service pages are written from what you tell us during onboarding and reviewed by our editorial lead before publishing, so a page never claims a warranty term or a material you do not actually offer. Revisions to a service page, a new service added, or a service retired, are each one revision inside your monthly allowance.
Tier availability
One page per town or county served
A page for every place you work, crossed with the services you sell there.
How local roofing search actually works
Someone searching "roof repair near me" or "roofing company in [town]" is shown pages built for that town, not a homepage that mentions it once in a footer. We build a page for every town, city or county you serve, structured the same way each time so search engines can compare them fairly against directory listings that carry no real content at all.
What each location page contains
A location page names the town, the services you provide there, and any local detail worth stating (a permit office, a common roof style, storm patterns specific to the area) rather than swapping one word into a template paragraph. That distinction is what separates a page that ranks from one a search engine treats as duplicate content.
Tier availability
Enquiries routed into your CRM
Every form, call and chat lead lands where your team already works, by API, Zapier or Make.
Why routing matters more than the form itself
A well-written quote form still fails if the lead sits unread in an inbox until Monday. We connect every source of enquiry, the quote tool, the contact form and, on tiers with the AI Engine, chat and SMS, directly into the CRM your dispatch team already checks, by direct API where the CRM supports it, or by Zapier or Make where it does not.
What we test before launch
The connection is configured and tested with a real submission during onboarding, so the first genuine lead after launch is not also the first test of whether the wiring works. If you change CRMs later, reconnecting is one support ticket, not a rebuild.
Tier availability
Weekly detail updates
Small factual updates every week, priced hours, seasonal notes, a finished job added, without waiting on a revision request.
What gets updated without you asking
Beyond the revisions you request, we run a weekly pass on every site checking for stale detail: a season-specific banner that should have changed, a finished project worth adding to a gallery, a broken outbound link. This is separate from your revision allowance and runs quietly in the background.
How this differs from a revision
A revision is a change you request. A weekly update is maintenance we run proactively so the site does not quietly go stale between the revisions you think to ask for. Both are included; neither counts against the other.
Tier availability
Researched articles every week
Sourced articles on roofing materials, storm timing and maintenance, published to your blog on a schedule.
What an article actually covers
Articles are written for homeowners and property managers researching a roofing decision: how long a roof type lasts, what an inspection after a hailstorm should include, how insurance claims typically move. Every factual claim cites a source, and our editorial lead reviews each piece before it publishes. Two articles a week ship on Draft and Elevation, three a week on Structural.
Why this is not just content for its own sake
A steady stream of specific, sourced articles is what gives a search engine and an AI answer engine reason to keep crawling and citing your site between the seasonal spikes when people are actively searching. It is measured in real published pages, not a vague "SEO" line item.
Tier availability
Managed hosting, nothing itemised
Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, inside the monthly fee.
What is actually included
Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network. SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth are all included in the monthly figure, and none of them appears as a separate invoice line later. There is no plugin to update, no server to patch and no hosting renewal notice to miss.
Who is actually managing it
We are. You never log in to a hosting panel or a website admin screen. If something needs attention, it is raised as a ticket in your client portal and handled by our team, which is what "fully managed" means on this plan rather than a phrase on a pricing page.
Tier availability
The AI Engine
An AI receptionist, site chat and SMS agent that answers questions and books the job, without giving roofing advice.
What the AI Engine does and does not do
On Elevation and Structural, an AI receptionist answers calls and chat, describes your services and pricing structure at a general level, takes the details of a job, and books an appointment or hands the caller to your team for anything specific to their roof. It never estimates a job, diagnoses damage or gives roofing advice, and you review its scripts before launch.
How it reaches homeowners
The agent runs across site chat, SMS and, where connected, Messenger and Instagram, with carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) filed on your behalf. Every conversation that needs a person is routed straight to your CRM, along with a call-analysis summary so your team knows what was discussed before they call back.
Tier availability
The Content Engine
Three articles, three social image posts and two reels a week, plus a managed Google Business Profile.
What ships every week on Structural
Structural adds three researched articles a week instead of two, three social image posts a week built from your finished jobs and service pages, and two short-form video reels a week. Your Google Business Profile is managed as part of the plan rather than left for someone at your business to remember.
Why this is a separate tier rather than an add-on
A weekly content schedule at this volume needs a dedicated production process, not a single writer stretched across every client. Structural clients get that dedicated capacity, which is why the tier exists as a distinct plan rather than a per-item add-on charged separately.

Questions about features and tiers
What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?
A fully managed, custom-coded website for your roofing company: a homepage, a page for every service you offer, a page for every town you serve, the instant quote request tool, managed Cloudflare hosting, weekly detail updates, and researched articles published on a schedule. Nothing is itemised separately. The three plans are Draft, Elevation, Structural, each adding capability on top of the last.
How long until my site is live?
7 days on Draft, 10 on Elevation while the AI agents are trained on your business, and 15 on Structural with the content engine set up alongside it. The clock starts at your onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the build starts.
Do you do the actual roofing work?
No. We are a website design and management company. We are not a roofing contractor, a licensed builder or an insurance adjuster, and nothing on your site is professional roofing or insurance advice. Every claim about materials, warranties or timelines is written from what you tell us and reviewed before it publishes.
Which plan should a roofing company actually start with?
Draft covers a full site with service and location pages, the quote tool and managed hosting, and suits a company that answers its own calls and chat. Elevation adds the AI Engine, worth it once missed calls and after-hours enquiries are a real cost. Structural adds the weekly content volume of the Content Engine, which suits a company actively trying to out-rank several local competitors.
What does the AI Engine actually do?
On Elevation and Structural, an AI receptionist answers calls, site chat and SMS, describes your services and general pricing structure, takes the caller's details, and books an appointment or hands them to your team. It never estimates a job, diagnoses roof damage or gives advice, and you review its scripts before your site launches.
Does the AI Engine cost extra?
The plan fee for Elevation and Structural already includes the AI receptionist and chat setup. Usage, the actual volume of calls, messages and minutes, is billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us, with no markup, so a quiet month costs less than a busy storm-season month.
